Watertown Teen Accused Of Pushing Mother, Breaking Mug
Angelina M. Johnson, 16, 1708 Ohio Street, Apt. 94, was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief by Watertown police on Wednesday.
She is accused of pushing her mother Lena M. Perry, 278 State Street, Watertown, during a domestic incident at Ms. Johnson's residence. She is further accused of throwing a coffee mug, which belonged to her mother, into the middle of the street, causing it to shatter.
She was being held at the Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court on Thursday.
Fort Drum Man Charged With DWI
Cameron E. Maxwell, 20, 4414 Camp Swift Road, Fort Drum, was arrested on Thursday at 12:49 am by Watertown police after being stopped in the 500 block of Mill Street. He was charged with DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right. His BAC was 0.12 percent.
He was released to military custody with an appearance ticket answerable in City Court on September 21.
Watertown Woman Charged With Burglary, Assault
Stephanie L. McIntyre, 148 Winslow Street, was charged with first-degree burglary and third-degree assault on Monday by Jefferson County Sheriff Deputies.
She is accused of causing physical injury to Tricia A. Lebeau and remaining unlawfully with the intent to commit a crime at 24704 County Route 54 in Brownville on August 26.
Kimberly J. Vecchio, 27, 24171 County Route 54, Dexter, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass for entering the said property with Ms. McIntyre. She is also accused of entering and remaining unlawfully at the residence.
Both women were arraigned in Town of Watertown Court and ordered to reappear in Town of Brownville Court on September 2.
Police: Antwerp Man Punched Woman In Head
Ronald A. Ayen, 33, 36976 County Route 25, Antwerp, was arrested on August 29 by Jefferson County Sheriff Deputies and charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He allegedly punched Dianne M. Cocco, 27, 5 Irish Ave., Philadelphia,in the head, causing a cut and swelling to her forehead and eye and also caused major abrasions to her upper and lower left leg when he allegedly dragged her across the driveway. It is further alleged that he threw and broke her cell phone.
He was arraigned in the Town of Theresa Court and released to appear in Town of Antwerp Court at a later date.
Carthage Man Accused Of Stealing Cigarettes
Kenneth M. Justice, 21, 35802 NYS Route 3, Apt. 11, Carthage, was charged with petit larceny by Watertown police on Tuesday at 5:22 pm.
It is alleged that he stole a pack of USA Gold cigarettes from the Nice N' Easy on Factory Street in Watertown.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to City Court on September 10.
Watertown Man Arrested For Kicking Windshield
Corey R. Smith, 20, 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1502, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Wednesday by Watertown police.
He is accused of kicking the windshield of a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse beelonging to Brittany L. Conway of Watertown, causing it to crack.
He was being held at the Public Safety Building on $250 bail pending arraignment in City Court Wednesday morning.
Watertown Woman Charged For Unlicensed Operation
Amber N. Heath, 24, 21418 Weaver Road, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no insurance and an inadequate tire in the 300 block of Court Street by Watertown police on Tuesday.
She was released on $175 bail with an appearance ticket answerable in City Court on September 14.
