Brittany L. Camidge, 19, 213 S. Meadow Street, Watertown was charged with third-degree assault by Watertown police on Monday at 10:19 am/
She is accused of punching Kristy S. Stoner of Chaumont, in the face several times with a closed fist, causing a 2-inch laceration above her right eye and swelling under both eyes on Sunday at 513 Olive Street.
She was issued an appearance ticket answerable in City Court on September 8.
A Brownville man was arrested by Watertown police on Monday at 8:32 pm after an accident in the 1700 block of Huntington Street.
Randy M. Goodfriend, 50, 101 Park Street, Brownville, was charged with aggravated DWI.
According to the accident report, Elsa J. Cobb of Mannsville, cut a turn short while entering Huntington Street from Eastern Boulevard. There were no injuries reported.
Mr. Goodfriend had a BAC of 0.21 percent. Acccording to police documents, he had a previous conviction of driving with 0.10 percent or more alcohol in his blood on May 28, 2003.
He is due to answer the charge in City of Watertown Court on September 9.
William Maass II, 28, 335 N. California Ave. Apt 2, Watertown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and cited for an inadequate license plate light by Watertown police in the 100 block of Factory Street on Monday at 9:57 pm.
Christopher P. Sunderland, 32, 30744 State Route 3, Felts Mills, was charged by Watertown police on Monday at 9:33 pm with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and cited for an inadequate exhaust in the 100 block of Arsenal Street.
Jonathan T. McNair, 24, 637 Gotham Street, Apt. 4. Watertown, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and cited for an inadequate exhaust by Watertown police in the 500 block of Mohawk Street. on Sunday at 10:39 pm.
