Watertown Man Arrested For Stealing From Aldi

Farrad U. Muhammad, 52, 722 W. Main Street, Apt. 1A, was charged on Sunday with petit larceny by Watertown police.

He is accused of stealing a bag of pistachios, valued at $6.29, from Aldi on Arsenal Street.

He was issued an appearance ticket for City Court on September 16.

Woman Accused Of Yelling In Front Of Her Residence

Beverly K. Potter, 23, 402 Stone Street, Watertown, was charged with disorderly conduct by Watertown police on Monday at 3:54 am.

She allegedly yelled loudly in front of her residence causing neighbors to call police on two seperate occasions. It is further alleged that she allowed others to remain in front of her residence, causing an inconvenience to neighbors, after being warned by patrols to disperse.

She was being held at the Public Safety Building on $100 bail pending arraignment in City Court on Monday.

Man Charged With Unlicensed Operation

John J. Weiler, 32, 35 S. Main Street, Adams, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and cited for an inadequate brake lamp by Watertown police after being stopped in the 500 block of Bradley Street on Sunday.

He was issued an appearance ticket answerable in City Court on September 9.
